This week has been busy with assessments across school and we would particularly like to say well done to our Year 2 and 4 pupils who have completed their phonics screening and multiplication checks.

We are so proud of the effort of all of our pupils.

Thursday 18th June- Year 6 Money Minds sessions with Yorkshire Bank

Monday 22nd- Thursday 25th June- Book Fair after school

Friday 3rd July- Sports Day- more details will be sent out soon

Friday 10th July- Summer Fair 3.30

Wednesday 15th July- Year 5 Jodrell Bank trip- please consent and pay on Arbor.

Friday 17th July- Finish for the summer holidays! School closes 1.00 (no after school club)

Forest School Dates

Please remember to bring Forest School clothing on these days- welly boots, waterproofs and a hat and gloves if it is cold. They will go outside in all weather so be prepared!

Book Fair

Our book fair returns from Monday 22nd June to Thursday 25th June. It will be open straight after school in the hall.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Wraparound Reminder

We would like to remind you that all sessions for breakfast and after school club need to be booked on Arbor in advance.

Breakfast club must be booked by 5pm the night before.

After school club must be booked by 12.00 midday on the day.

We are not always able to accommodate late bookings due to the high numbers of children attending.

What a Busy Week!

in DT, Year 2 children learned different techniques for joining fabric, including running stitch. The children were very excited and engaged throughout the lesson.

Year 2 children had a busy time designing posters based on our Geography lesson on the hottest and coldest places in the world. After the session, glitter was literally everywhere

Library update - This week we have been unpacking the boxes that arrived last week. There are some beautiful books and we cannot wait to share these with the children.
