Welcome to our Co-op Young Leaders! Many of our pupils from throughout Key Stage Two, have positions of responsibility – and they had their first  Co-op Young Leader training day.

They learned about cooperation and teamwork, organisation and resilience, turn taking and problem solving – as well as developing skills to present ideas to peers from other classes and year groups.

The children left with an increased confidence in their ability to lead and inspire the younger children that they work with.
